NATIONAL COLLEGIATE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION (NCAA) is a non-profit organization which regulates athletes of 1,281 institutions, conferences & individuals. their mission says that"athletic contests reflect the dignity & high purpose of education.

The NCAA Clearinghouse is an essential step in becoming eligible to play college sports. The Eligibility Center is the organization within the NCAA that determines the academic eligibility and amateur status for all NCAA DI and DII athletes.
