Registration Information
New Student Enrollment:
New student registration is completed online. Please follow the process below to complete your registration.
- Complete the Aeries Online Enrollment to begin the online registration process.
- Submit, via email or in-person, the Home Language Survey (Spanish version) and the Confidential Student Information for School Nurse (Spanish version).
- If you have additional documents to submit that weren't uploaded during the online registration process (residence verification, age verification, immunization records), email or drop them off to your School of Residence.
Note, your registration is not complete until you complete all the steps above.

Students planning to attend MBHS and new students who have moved to the area and are planning to attend MBHS. You will need to download the Registration Form and save it with your student name. Then please send the form to the Counseling Secretary, Beth Sayler: bsayler@slcusd.org
