Through speaking, listening, and reading, but chiefly through writing, students will become aware of the resources of language. Each student is expected to take the national Advanced Placement Examination in Language and Composition given in the spring of the school year. Upon successful completion of this test, college credit may be granted.

Members are expected to assume the responsibilities and self-discipline necessary to contribute to the success of such an organization. Yearbook teaches real-world skills such as, meeting deadlines, working with your peers, working with advanced and professional technology, communication and responsibility.
