Enrollment
Registration for the 2025-2026 school year will begin on March 3, 2025. The Open Enrollment period is from March 3-April 4, 2025. Open Enrollment forms must be submitted by 4 PM on April 4 to your school of residence.
New student registration is completed online. Please follow the process below to complete your registration.
- Complete the Aeries Online Enrollment to begin the online registration process.
- Submit, via email or in-person, the Home Language Survey (Spanish version) and the Confidential Student Information for School Nurse (Spanish version).
- If you have additional documents to submit that weren't uploaded during the online registration process (residence verification, age verification, immunization records), email or drop them off to your School of Residence.
Note, your registration is not complete until you complete all the steps above.

Two documents required. For a full list of acceptable documents, see AR 5111.1 District Residency. - Age Verification.
Birth certificate preferred. If a birth certificate is not available, see AR 5111 Admission for a list of acceptable documentation. - Immunization Records
